Most common PMC- Violations

• Weeds in yards, flowerbeds and alleys
• Grass is too high (Max. 6”)
• Grass clippings on sidewalks and in streets (This is also a city ordinance)
• Edging of sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and alleys
• Grass missing from front yards.
• Grass outside of fence and along the walls behind your property (This is also a city ordinance)
• Trash and old appliances in driveways and alleys
• Fences gray, unstained and in need of repair
• Shrubs and bushes not properly trimmed 
• Address number missing over garage door (This is also a city ordinance)
• Parts of the house that are wood must be maintain and painted, including chimneys
• Tree limbs hanging over sidewalks and alley more than 8 feet. (This is also a city ordinance)
